This course is designed to help you better understand the Florida laws related to real estate.
Every two years, you must complete 14 hours of continuing education. Three of those hours include a Florida Real Estate Law Update, also known as “Core Law.” Why do you need to review current laws and learn about new laws every two years? First, it is required to renew your license, and second, it may prevent you from losing your license or facing jail time for violating the law or FREC rules.
This course is taken by sales associates, broker associates, and brokers. You cannot list and sell real estate to the public without being familiar with the laws and regulations.
