This class satisfies the requirement that Agents complete a 5-hour update course specific to the license held every two years. It covers industry law updates, premium discounts, ethics, disciplinary trends, industry trends, and suitability of insurance products. This 2-20 license online course covers seven areas of study: Jurisdiction of duties and responsibilities, Licensing requirements, Florida statues, Department communication and Guaranty association, Insurance law and updates, Ethical requirements, Disciplinary and Industry trends with seven multiple-choice Unit Quizzes and one Final Exam. This FL Intermediate CE course earns 5 hours of CE05220 Law and Ethics Update – General Lines, and 4 hours CE0220 General Lines (Property and Casualty) general elective credits.

This class satisfies the requirement that Public Adjusters complete a 5-hour update course specifically approved for Public Adjusters every two years. It covers Regulatory awareness, Licensing requirements, Insurance laws, Ethical requirements, Disciplinary and industry trends, and more. The course includes six multiple-choice Unit Quizzes and one Final Exam. This self-paced course is entirely online for your convenience.
The Florida Department of Financial Services has approved this online course for insurance continuing education credit. No classroom attendance required. We have bundled the course with this Florida Intermediate Continuing Education course with an additional 11 hours of CE 3-20c Public Adjuster Optional (good for your other general elective credits). The complete package totals sixteen (16) hours of insurance continuing education credit. Get eleven of your general elective CE credits taken care of at the same time as your required 5-hour Law & Ethics requirement!
